- Exclusions: Some items can be excluded: Reduced or discounted products, items that were part of a promotion at the time of the order, as well as custom made or made-to-order items.
Returns Process:
- Send an email to returns@casapoesia.com and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Shipping address or pick-up address
- List of items you intend to return
- Confirmation that the eligibility rules mentioned above are met
- We will send you a return label.
- Package the items, affix the return label to the package.
- Send the package back to us.
- We will inspect the items.
- Once the return has been approved, we will process the refund. Please note that the shipment cost will not be refunded.
